In the case of hotels, licenses are issued to individuals, partnerships of companies. In the case of non-profit associations (such as clubs), community hotels or hotels operated by non-profit assocations, licenses are issued to an incorporated body.

An individual, partnership, company or incorporated body can operate any number of venues. However, a seperate license is issued to each of these venues.
